Leek and olive tongue plate

Ingredients:

300g pork tongue

1 large onion

2 leeks

300 g olive

2-3 tablespoons of tomato paste spices oil

Method of preparation Language boil with seasonings. After boiling chop them finely and remove all skins . Separately, fry finely chopped onion . Add the olives and take a few minutes to cook .
