CIVILISATIONS MILLENNIAL PLAIN ROMANAŢIULUI

Lower Olt Valley is an area rich in neo-Neolithic finds the current state of research being one of a number of his points artifacts of this kind, covering the chronologically over the period concerned.

Thus, Neolithic experienced in the mentioned area, a trend continuing from the first Frame and community gardens, those of developed Neolithic culture represented Dudeşti. Eneoliticul early illustrated Vădastra and Boian cultures and the developed Gumelnita Salcuta.

VĂDASTRA CROP: ORIGIN AND EVOLVING AREA

Vădastra culture formed the main driver Dudeşti culture. The area of this culture included the eastern area of Oltenia, western Wallachia and northern Bulgaria.

Thus, the bearers of a culture fully formed (called Dudeşti, named after a district of Bucharest), moved in northwestern Anatolia, through a series of stations interim Bulgaria, on the territory of Romania, specifically Lower Olt valley. From this area, considered a real centerpiece of the development of Neolithic cultures both in Oltenia and Muntenia, they have spread in the mentioned territories.
